Direction of Use:
Step 1 – In a non-metal bowl, take 1 part of Golden Pearl Bleaching Powder and 4 parts of Golden Pearl Cream Developer. Mix until a smooth paste forms.
Step 2 – Apply the mixture evenly on the desired area.
Step 3 – Leave for about 20 minutes or until the desired level of bleaching is achieved.
Step 4 – Wash thoroughly with cold water or clean with a wet sponge.
